Refunds
Donations:
- All donations made to Jain Rashtriya Ekta Sangathan are non-refundable.
- As a non-profit organization, donations are used for community service and charitable purposes immediately upon receipt. Therefore, refunds cannot be processed under any circumstances.
Matrimonial Service Related Payments:
- You may cancel a service request before it has been confirmed or initiated. No cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made during this period.
- Once the service has been confirmed or initiated, cancellations are not possible under any circumstances.
- In case of policy violation, forgery documents upload or any other activites violating our platform's guidelines and it's core values. Then in such case the account may get deactivated and no refund will be provided.
- In case of any kind of technical failure, If payment have been processed then only after thorough verification (mentioned in "Process for Refunds and Cancellations " section) the payment may get refunded.
- Please, Double check before making payment.
Service Payments:
- If you have made a payment for any specific service that was not delivered or was canceled due to technical or administrative reasons on our part, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of payment.
- Refunds will only be processed after a thorough review of the request and will be credited back to the original payment method.
Event Fees:
- Event registration fees are refundable only in cases where the event is canceled by the organization.
- Refund requests for events canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Donations:
- Donations cannot be canceled once they are processed. Please review your donation details carefully before making the payment.
Service Requests:
- You may cancel a service request before it has been confirmed or initiated. No cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation is made during this period.
- Once the service has been confirmed or initiated, cancellations may not be possible, or you may be charged a cancellation fee as determined by our organization.
Event Participation:
- If you are unable to attend an event you have registered for, you must inform us at least 7 days in advance to be considered for a refund or credit toward future events.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the specified notice period.
Process for Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Request:
- To request a refund, please email us at jainektasangathan@gmail.com with the following details:
- Registered Name
- Contact Information (Registered Email and Mobile Number)
- Payment Details (e.g., Transaction ID, Date)
- Reason for Refund
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
Cancellation Request:
- To cancel a service or event participation, contact us via email jainektasangathan@gmail.com with your relevant details.
- Cancellation requests will be acknowledged and processed within 3-5 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds and cancellations may not be applicable in the following scenarios:
- Services that have been fully delivered.
- Donations made during fundraising campaigns or appeals.
- Events where the organization explicitly states a "No Refund Policy."
